Once your submission has been reviewed by the Secretariat, an electronic contract form will be sent to you via email if your participation is approved.

THE MAISON assigns dedicated managers by category, ensuring more systematic and professional brand support throughout the exhibition process.

• Standard Booth

Includes white wooden wall panels, one double socket (2 outlets), 1kW of electricity, three spotlights, and a fascia board with the company name.
Exhibitors only need to set up their display items within the booth.

• Raw space only

Only the floor space is provided by the organiser.
Exhibitors must arrange booth construction separately through an official COEX-registered contractor.

The Early-Bird periods for the 2026 exhibitions are as follows:

• 2026 HOME·TABLE DECO FAIR: until July 31, 2026
